The Team Deck assignment gave my team and I an opportunity to showcase our idea generation abilities. We chose to focus the issues around abortion laws, and our main focus was making sure everybody has the right to their own body and has the ability to make their own decisions. We used She Bop, a female owned business based in Portland, Oregon, emphasizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sex education. In collaboration with She Bop and the city of Portland, we generated ideas on how to gain more visibility to women and abortion rights.
